Hindi is an optional language in south schools from many years.!
BJP Tried to impose Hindi language mandatory system in TN, they rejected .! One should never force to learn languages,
We have our own languages & culture.!
We don’t want to learn new language just a sake of new Per— Anulekha Boosa (@anulekhaboosa) July 27, 2020

Despite your language and culture why did you learn English?
Hindi is close to your culture than English.
A South Indian who can speak Hindi fluently has a great advantage over non Hindi speaker even in Bangalore. Choice is yours.

That’s very ill construed version, ppl in south learned Hindi out of shear interest and pride. They knew it would help them when they would venture out for Jobs from their Home state. Stop this BS of Imposing and language and a culture. What nonsense.

Why do want to say South India? Karnataka is one of the major state in South and we always learnt Hindi language since long. Btw, in Karnataka most of us know Hindi since childhood.
