One of the things to be NOTED is #2GScamVerdict – chargesheet was filed BEFORE May 2014 by CBI / ED. Once filed, THAT is the evidence that is before court AND no new evidence is brought in. Hence court finding no evidence is VERDICT on shoddy investigation in UPA era. pic.twitter.com/mIEleg9Kj2

Absolutely Shocking verdict. And quite prophetically @suhelseth had actually predicted just this in August 2012!! #2GScamVerdict #2Gverdict pic.twitter.com/Hf5lstL0qd

Incredible India! Hatred of Modi & BJP gets the #Libtards so disoriented that they start celebrating the #2GScamVerdict which has allowed the brazenly corrupt looters of India to go scot free. This scam was not unearthed by BJP.

Judge : Give one good reason to free you from all the charges?
Kanimozhi & A Raja : Sir duniya 4G pe paunch gayi, aap abhi 2G pe hi atke ho.
Judge : Point hai, jao free… #2GScamVerdict

Supreme canceled all licenses in 2012. Now, all accused are acquitted in #2GScamVerdict. Is this a Joke? Now, don’t expect anything over CWG, Augusta, National Herald scams etc. All these are just for Election speeches.

Some journos saying acquittals in the #2GScamVerdict are based on evidence submitted to the court BEFORE May, 2014.
To lawyers, please:
1. Is this true?
2. Has the court not accepted any evidence AFTER May, 2014?
3. Can new evidence be accepted AFTER a chargesheet has been filed?— Anand Ranganathan (@ARanganathan72) December 21, 2017

Hon’ble Supreme Court had cancelled 122 licenses in 2012. Licences were sold like vegetables under “Corrupt Congress” on a First Come First Serve basis.
Shocking that the guilty have not been convicted. Appellate Courts will definitely correct the Legal error
