कांग्रेस का दोहरापन एक बार फिर सामने आया है। बिहार विधानसभा चुनाव से पहले विशेष गहन पुनरीक्षण (SIR) सर्वे में आधार को शामिल करने की कांग्रेस की मांग एक बार फिर राजनीतिक छलावे और अवसरवाद का जीता-जागता उदाहरण बन चुकी है। कुछ ही समय पहले, 2021 में कांग्रेस ने जोर-शोर से कहा था कि आधार केवल निवास प्रमाण है, नागरिकता का प्रमाण नहीं। उन्होंने आधार को वोटर आईडी से जोड़ना अवैध और अलोकतांत्रिक करार दिया था। कांग्रेस ने यह भी चेतावनी दी थी कि इससे गैर-नागरिकों को वोट देने का अधिकार मिल सकता है, जो लोकतंत्र के लिए बड़ा खतरा है। साथ ही निजता के अधिकार का उल्लंघन होने की चिंता भी जताई थी। लेकिन अब, 2025 आते-आते कांग्रेस वही मांग कर रही है, जिसे उसने पहले खारिज किया था। पार्टी चुनाव आयोग से आधार को SIR सर्वे में शामिल करने की जोरदार मांग कर रही है।
यह साफ-साफ दिखाता है कि कांग्रेस की विचारधारा और नीतियां स्थिर नहीं, बल्कि राजनीतिक लाभ के लिए रोजाना बदलती रहती हैं। 2021 में जो आधार लिंकिंग को संविधान विरोधी बताती थी, वही आज इसे चुनाव सुधार का जरिया बता रही है। कांग्रेस का यह दोगलापन और राजनीतिक अवसरवाद इस बात का प्रमाण है कि पार्टी नीति नहीं, केवल अपने राजनीतिक फायदे के लिए काम करती है। जब विरोध करना फायदेमंद था, तब आधार को अवैध बताया, और जब समर्थन से लाभ दिखा, तब उसी आधार को चुनाव सुधार का हथियार बना डाला। सोशल मीडिया पर कांग्रेस की इस दोहरी नीति को लेकर तीखी आलोचना हो रही है। लोग इसे कांग्रेस के दोगलेपन और राजनीतिक छलावे के रूप में देख रहे हैं। आप भी देखिए कांग्रेस के इस दोहरे रवैये को लेकर किस तरह से लताड़ लगा रहे हैं…
2022: कांग्रेस सुप्रीम कोर्ट गई थी कि आधार कार्ड और वोटर पहचान पत्र को लिंक न किया जाए क्योंकि आधार कार्ड नागरिकता का प्रमाण नहीं है।
2025: कांग्रेस कह रही है कि आधार कार्ड से नागरिकता साबित नहीं होगी तो कैसे होगी। आधार ही नागरिकता का प्रमाण है।
